Refund & Returns Policy
All products sold by Pixel Dream Works Studio are digital downloads. Here's exactly how refunds and file issues are handled.
- Corrupted or broken file
- Wrong file sent
- Download link not working
- Resolution or size problem making it unusable
- Files already downloaded or accessed
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dislike of style or subject matter
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake
Digital Downloads
All products are digital files delivered via email download link. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable. Digital files cannot be returned in the way a physical product can.
However, if there is a genuine technical problem with the file, we will fix it — see below.
File Issues We Will Resolve
If you experience any of the following, contact us and we'll sort it promptly:
- Corrupted or broken file
- Wrong artwork delivered
- Download link expired or not working
- Resolution or aspect ratio problem that makes the file unusable
We will resend the correct file, provide an alternative format or size, or reissue a fresh download link — whichever resolves the issue fastest.
