1. Products

Pixel Dream Works Studio sells digital art downloads only. All products are high-resolution digital files delivered via email download link after purchase. No physical items are produced or shipped.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. Promotions and discounts are time-limited.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Pixel Dream Works Studio does not see or store your full card details at any point.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Your download link is delivered by email immediately after payment clears. A digital product is considered delivered once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded to your device.

If you do not receive your download email, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at pixeldreamworkstudio@gmail.com and we will resend it.

4. Refunds

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If there is a technical problem with the file itself — corruption, wrong format, or delivery failure — we will resolve it by resending a corrected version.

5. Licence & Usage Rights

Purchasing a digital artwork gives you a licence to use it — not ownership of the copyright. Every purchase includes a Personal Use Licence by default.

Personal use permits: printing for your home or office, giving as a personal gift, and use in non-commercial personal projects.

You may not: resell or redistribute the digital file, sell printed copies, use the artwork on merchandise or in commercial branding, upload to print-on-demand platforms, or use the artwork in AI training datasets.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, branding, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Pixel Dream Works Studio unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used beyond the scope of the purchased licence without explicit written permission.

7. Website Usage

By using this site you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with site functionality
• Scrape or redistribute website content without permission
• Share download links publicly or enable unauthorised access to purchased files

We may suspend or block access for users who violate these terms.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under that account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Dream Works Studio will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages
• Losses caused by misuse or modification of digital files
• Business losses, loss of profit, or loss of data
• Temporary downtime or technical issues with the website

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
